Mina Yakin

began her mime career as a principal in the companies of both Etienne Decroux and Marcel Marceau. She collaborated with Theodore Mann in his production of The Night of the Iguana, staged at Moscow’s Maly Theatre and assisted director Boris Morozov with his Broadway production of Mikhail Bulgakov’s Zoya’s Apartment.” Mina directed The Power at Village Gate Theater, adapted and directed Fables of La Fontaine at Israel’s Gesher Theater and developed a musical called Custody. Mina Co-Founded and was Co-Artistic Director of New York Performance Theatre Center. At Circle in the Square Theatre School Mina has directed Dylan Thomas’s Under Milkwood, Arthur Giroux’s Becoming Memories,Boris Vasiliv’s Tomorrow Was War and conceived and directed Between The Lines,based on Ogden Nash’s works.
