Professional Workshop Musical Theatre

An Arizona native, Maya was six years old when she debuted in her family’s humble theater company. Twice nominated for the Aliw Awards as Best Actress in a Musical for her performances with Philippine Stagers Foundation (Lara in ​Katips: Ang Mga Bagong Katipunero​), Repertory Philippines (Beauty in ​Beauty and the Beast​), and once for Best Featured Actress with Frontrow Entertainment (Reneé in ​M. Butterfly​, Philippine National Tour). In her free time, she teaches dance over Zoom to youth in the Philippines.
