Emma Currie

Emma Currie

Professional Musical Theatre Workshop

from Cave Creek, Arizona, Emma came to New York to professionally pursue an acting career. Starting out with school and community theatre, Emma developed a passion and drive to tell stories through art. Whether that be devoting her time to the stage or screen, she believes each opportunity she is granted is a chance to learn and prosper. Emma hopes Circle will help cultivate her artistry in aspects such as her creativity, emotional availability and business skills. She hopes to leave with a strong sense of self, a wide range of humanity, material and purpose. Her plans for after Circle include auditioning, writing and producing her own material, and maintaining a side job (or a few) to pay rent. At the age of 20 Emma possesses a insatiable curiosity and strong sense herself and where she wants to go. Emma has felt honored to work with so many different artists and mentors at Circle in the Square and looks forward to learning and collaborating with fellow artists along the way.
