Cristina spent her early years shuttling between Hong Kong and Manila, the Philippines. She has a great ear for accents, which she credits to her multicultural upbringing. After graduating from university, she performed with a community theatre group, acted in student films, and volunteered as a theatre teacher with a foundation for former street children. She came to Circle in pursuit of personal and artistic growth, and hopes to break industry stereotypes and create work that she can be proud of. Past credits include Sophia from Neil Simon’s Fools and alternating Helena and Hermia in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
