Blake Segal

is an actor, singer, dialect coach, and teacher based in New York City. He has taught voice and speech at HB Studio, Tom Todoroff Conservatory, Yale Summer Conservatory for Actors, Syracuse University, Fairfield University, Kean University, and Theatre Arts Center NY. As a private dialect coach, he has worked with clients ages 8-78 from six continents (no Antarctica yet). NYC production dialect coaching credits include Ensemble Studio Theatre, New Georges, Araca Project, Walkerspace at SoHo Rep, and Fault Line Theatre. Regional production dialect coaching credits include Berkshire Theatre Group, Two River Theater Company, Playmakers Repertory Company, Cleveland Musical Theatre, Luna Stages, and Passages Theatre. Educational production coaching credits include Yale School of Drama, Columbia University School of the Arts, Fordham University Theatre, Syracuse University Drama Department, Kean University Department of Theater, and Stella Adler Conservatory. As an actor he has appeared in the National Tour of Mary Poppins, major regional theaters across the country, film, and television. Blake holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MFA from Yale School of Drama.
